Avery Fisher Hall: Opened in the 1960s as "Philharmonic Hall" the 2,738 seat venue was renamed in 1973 after a generous donation from the noted philanthropist. Home to the New York Philharmonic orchestra and the Great Performers Series. Directions By bus: The M5, M7, M10, M66, and M104 bus lines all stop within one block of Lincoln Center.
