Variety Arts Theater: 110 Third Ave., Btwn 13th & 14th Sts. Built in 1911 as a nickelodeon - refurbished and renovated in 1991. This historic 498 seat Off-Broadway house is one of the oldest existing theatres in Manhattan. Currently playing "The Joys of Sex". Draw your own conclusions.
