From Up-State New York, Massachusetts & Connecticut:

• From I-87 Thruway: Leave I-87 at Exit 15 and head south on NJ Rt. 17 to US Rt. 46. Drive east on US Rt. 46 to NJ Turnpike south, take NJ Turnpike Exit 14 or 13A and follow signs for Newark Liberty International Airport.
• From New England Thruway (I-95): Take the NE Thruway south to I-95 Cross Bronx Expressway. Take the Cross Bronx Expressway west to the George Washington Bridge (Toll for passenger vehicles - $6.00 from NJ to Bronx.) to NJ Turnpike south, take NJ Turnpike Exit 14 or 13A and follow signs for Newark Liberty International Airport.
• From I-84 & I-684: Travel south on I-684 to I-287 to I-87-NY Thruway south on Thruway-Major Deegan Expressway; west to George Washington Bridge (Toll for passenger vehicles - $6.00 from NJ to Bronx.) ËËand south on NJ Turnpike as above.

From Long Island:

• Long Island Expressway: West on Long Island Expressway (I-495) to I-278/BQE; south on BQE to Verrazano Bridge (Toll for passenger vehicles - $9.00 from Staten Island to Brooklyn.); continue on I-278 west to Goethals Bridge (Toll for passenger vehicles - $6.00 from NJ to Staten Island.); across bridge, take NJ Turnpike north to Exit 13A or Exit 14; follow signs to airport.

From the South:

• Take the NJ Turnpike north to Exit 13A or 14. Follow signs to Newark Liberty International Airport.

From the West:

• Via I-78:: Travel east on I-78 to Exit 57, then follow signs for Newark Liberty International Airport.
• Via I-80/I-280: East on I-80 to I-280; take I-280 east to NJ Turnpike; south on Turnpike to Exit 14 or 13A; follow signs to Newark Liberty International Airport.
• Via US Route 22: Travel East on US 22 to merge with US 1 & 9 north following signs for Newark Liberty International Airport.
